Candidate Case Study – September 2005
Sharon Nichol – Saint Gobain Ecophon.
Sharon came to JAB seeking a new challenge. She had become disillusioned with her current marketplace of telecoms and wanted something fresh. Through speaking with friends, Sharon had begun to consider the construction industry.
JAB met and interviewed Sharon and immediately noticed the high levels of enthusiasm and commitment that she had.
